[Venice, FL] — WISE Advise + Assist (WISE) is celebrating 10 years in business by launching WISEly Giving, a new pro bono initiative that will provide strategic consulting support to mission-driven organizations and impact-focused small businesses.
Founded in 2016 by military spouses Laura Early and Diana Jaquith, WISE began at a Panera Bread table with nothing more than a laptop and a vision. Today, the company has grown into a global remote agency powered by military-connected professionals. Over the past decade, WISE has supported more than 700 businesses while distributing over $4 million in earnings to military spouse talent, creating meaningful, portable career opportunities for families navigating military life.
With the launch of WISEly Giving, the company is formalizing its commitment to reinvesting its expertise into the broader community. “Access changes everything,” said Laura Early, Co-Founder and Chief Experience Officer of WISE. “We know what it’s like to build something from a coffee shop table with nothing but a laptop and a mission. WISEly Giving is about making sure the next generation of impact-makers do not have to navigate that uncertainty alone. WISEly Giving is our way of extending that access to mission-driven leaders who are building meaningful impact in their communities.”
Through WISEly Giving, two organizations per quarter will be selected to receive high-impact, project-based support in one of the following areas:
The program is open to small businesses, women-owned companies, military-connected organizations, registered nonprofits, and businesses with strong social or community impact missions.
While WISE has informally supported community initiatives throughout its history, the 10-year milestone provided a natural moment to formalize the effort. “As founders, our business growth has always happened alongside growing our families, supporting our spouses’ military service, and helping growth-focused clients scale their own companies,” Early added. “We built this company on collaboration over competition and excellence in the ordinary, despite 17 combined military relocations and 12 deployments. WISEly Giving allows us to extend that same strategic support to founders navigating uncertainty, transition, or resource constraints so they can continue building what matters most.” Applications for the program are reviewed on a rolling basis, with selected organizations announced quarterly.
The company plans to share impact stories and case studies from participating organizations as part of its ongoing commitment to community visibility and collaborative storytelling.
